10 Spicy & Citrusy Fall Diffuser Blends

Even though I really don’t like the cold, gray weather that comes after it, fall is still my favorite season. And what better way to celebrate it than with some fall diffuser blends?

When I think of the fragrances of fall, I think of the smell of the leaves, pumpkin, apples, spices, and citrusy scents.

Diffusing essential oils gives me the fall smells I love without putting any chemicals in the air from artificial fragrances. (If you’re looking for a diffuser + oils to diffuse, here is the perfect oily Starter Kit to get.)

And the fall diffuser blends I use most often have that classic spicy or citrusy fragrance, although often with a twist.

So here are some essential oil diffuser recipes to get you in the fall spirit when autumn comes- or all year long!

Other Essential Oils For Fall

Some of my favorite essential oils to diffuse are Young Living blends.

The Thieves blend already smells like fall all on its own. With Cinnamon Bark and Clove already in it, I love diffusing this blend by itself. When I want to change it up, I’ll mix it with Lemongrass, Lemon, or Orange.

Stress Away is one of my absolute favorite blends to use and diffuse no matter what time of year it is. For a fall-like feel, you can add a few drops of Cinnamon Bark or Cardamom to it, or for a reminder of summer, do 4 drops Lime and 4 drops Stress Away.

As the days start getting chillier and Thanksgiving approaches, Christmas Spirit is perfect to start diffusing. I know it has ‘Christmas’ in the name, but the combination of Orange, Cinnamon Bark, and Black Spruce really makes me think of late fall.

And finally, one of my favorites to mix with a spicy essential oil is Citrus Fresh. This one is a blend of different citrus oils, and pairing it with oils like Clove, Cinnamon Bark, Nutmeg, and Cardamom makes for great spicy and citrusy fall diffuser blends.
