Health And Wellness Gifts: Amazon List (For All Budgets)
Do you need to buy any gifts for the health and wellness person in your life?
If so, this list is for you!
As someone very interested in health and wellness myself, I’ve tried many products from many companies.
But when I’m short on time (or want free Prime shipping), I turn to Amazon.
Thankfully, Amazon usually has some good options from companies I already like (sometimes too many options).
So here’s my Amazon list of health and wellness gifts you can get for the health-focused person in your life.

HappyLight
Winter can be hard on mental health and even sleep patterns due to less sunlight.
The HappyLight is something I discovered last winter. It’s a small, portable light that can easily sit on a desk at an office or on a side table at home.
The natural spectrum, UV-free light can help improve mood, energy, sleep, and focus naturally.
Herbal Wellness Tea Sampler
If the person you’re shopping for is someone who likes using herbs and natural wellness products, this Seasonal Tea Sampler would be a great option.
From Traditional Medicinals (an herbal tea company I really like!), this tea sampler would be perfect for a winter holiday gift.
It has teas like Gypsy Cold Care, Throat Coat, and Breathe Easy.
NutriBullet
If you want to go a little bigger, a NutriBullet is one of the best health and wellness gifts!
I got one years ago and still love it.
It can be used for everything from blending smoothies to grinding oats to pureeing pumpkin.
Balance Board
A balance board is a way to make standing more fun and healthier for our bodies.
It gives muscles a small workout while doing things like cooking, baking, or working at a standing desk. (Great for anyone who works from home!)
I got this anti-fatigue mat + balance board to use at my standing desk while I work. It’s great on the feet and much better for my body!
Non-Toxic Water Bottle
Hydration is extremely important for health, everyday wellness, and fitness.
Gift your person a completely non-toxic water bottle by avoiding plastic altogether.
My favorite is this Lifefactory 22-oz. glass water bottle. It comes in a variety of colors, and the glass keeps water tasting clean.
You could also opt for a lighter-weight, stainless steel bottle. The double wall design will keep liquids either hot or cold for a long period of time.
Yoga Mat
Yoga is a great way to exercise the body and calm the mind and very supportive of overall wellness.
Why not get your person started with a yoga mat?
My favorite is this extra thick yoga mat that provides lots of cushion and keeps me from slipping.
For a yoga beginner, you could also get them a yoga block and strap to help them get into all the new poses (without getting hurt).
Hot Water Bottle
I first bought a hot water bottle after reading about them in old books and love it!
It’s great for things like warming up cold or stiff muscles and joints, easing menstrual cramps with heat, and putting at the foot of the bed on cold nights.
I went with a 100% rubber hot water bottle because they hold in heat the best and are very durable.
Great Lakes Gelatin
What is gelatin doing on a gift guide list?
Well, gelatin is actually one of the best health and wellness gifts you could get someone (just maybe not the fanciest).
I first started taking gelatin as a supplement when I was recovering from Lyme disease and needed to rebuild tissue.
Not only is it a good source of protein, gelatin also has lots of collagen, which is a building block for tissues, hair, skin, nails, cartilage, and much more!
Great Lakes Gelatin Hydrolysate is the best I’ve found.
It’s flavorless and because it’s a hydrolysate, it dissolves in tea, coffee, etc. rather than gelling. This makes it super easy to take. (Who really wants gelled coffee?)
Herbal Recipes For Vibrant Health
If you are shopping for someone who loves DIY natural health and wellness, this book could be one of the best gifts to get.
By Rosemary Gladstar, this book is filled with recipes for teas, salves, tinctures, and many other remedies for health.
The 175 herbal recipes cover just about every everyday health problem.
Beyond Health and Wellness Gifts
That wraps up this list!
